Main features of MID energy meters
Tariffs
The UMG measurement devices offer an extensive selection of tariffs for the reliable and precise recording of work values for individual consumers; up to 14 depending on the device type. Of course, a distinction is made between active energy (consumption, supply and without reverse running stop) and reactive energy (inductive, capacitive and without reverse running stop). This means that high and low tariffs can be recorded separately, for example.
MID
MID stands for "Measuring Instruments Directive". This refers to "Directive 2004/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on measuring instruments". The aim of MID is a harmonized European market for measurement devices with uniform approval procedures.
