Ensure power quality

Geothermal systems often include variable speed drives for pumps and other equipment that can introduce harmonics into the power grid.

Janitza's power analyzers can detect and analyze harmonic distortion, helping to keep harmonic levels within acceptable limits according to standards such as IEEE 519 or IEC 61000. By using these devices and technologies, geothermal plants can maintain high standards for power quality, ensuring operational reliability and efficiency while minimizing equipment wear and reducing downtime.
